Instructions to request deletion of personal data submitted through forms, valuations or contact channels.

1. Scope of this page

This is the public instruction page for requesting deletion of data related to LUXERTIA. It is not an automated technical callback and does not directly delete records from internal systems.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to contacto@luxertia.com.
Use the suggested subject: Data deletion request.
Include your name and the mobile number used in the valuation or contact request.
Include the approximate date of the valuation or the minimum information needed to locate the record.

3. Reasonable verification

LUXERTIA may request reasonable additional information to confirm that the request belongs to the data subject or an authorized person. Do not send sensitive documents unless they are requested through a secure channel.

4. Deletion scope

We will handle the request according to the available information and applicable obligations. Some information may be retained when there is a legal, contractual, security, audit or fraud-prevention obligation.
