LUXERTIA is the commercial brand used for the direct purchase and valuation service for premium vehicles. The operating legal entity is Corporación Romero & Asociados S.A.C..

This policy explains how we process information submitted through the website, contact forms, public valuation flow and operational channels related to the service.

2. Data we may collect

• Name of the owner or person requesting the evaluation.
• Mobile or WhatsApp number used for contact and verification.
• Vehicle information: make, model, version, year, mileage, general condition and data entered for the valuation.
• Information needed to register and continue a valuation request, including OTP validation status when that flow is enabled.
• Basic navigation data, operational records, security signals and abuse-prevention logs.
• Later communications if the user decides to continue with an evaluation or commercial coordination.

3. Purposes

• Generate a referential vehicle valuation.
• Verify the declared phone number through OTP when that functionality is enabled.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, automated requests or misuse of the valuation flow.
• Register the valuation request and continue a process initiated by the user.
• Contact the owner if they decide to move forward.
• Coordinate a technical, documentary or commercial evaluation.
• Analyze service operation and comply with applicable legal or security obligations.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp may be used to send verification codes, coordinate an evaluation requested by the user and manage operational communications related to the process.

When WhatsApp Cloud API is enabled, verification and coordination messages may be processed through Meta tools. This policy describes that expected or applicable functionality without stating that every channel is active in production at all times.

5. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain operational records, prevent fraud, answer user requests, comply with legal obligations and protect service security. We do not set a single fixed period here because it may vary depending on the request and applicable obligations.

6. Providers and security

We may use technology providers for hosting, forms, messaging, anti-abuse controls, technical analytics or internal management. We apply reasonable measures to limit access to information and protect sensitive configurations.
