1. Scope of the service

LUXERTIA is the commercial brand used by Corporación Romero & Asociados S.A.C. for premium vehicle valuation and direct purchase services.

The website allows users to request information, start a referential valuation and coordinate a private vehicle evaluation.

2. Referential nature of valuations

Any valuation generated by the website is preliminary, referential and does not constitute a final contractual offer. Using the valuation flow does not create a purchase or sale obligation for the owner or for LUXERTIA.

3. Physical, technical and documentary review

Any commercial proposal may vary after physical inspection, document review, history, mileage, mechanical condition, configuration, origin, liens, restrictions, availability and internal commercial criteria.

4. LUXERTIA commercial model

LUXERTIA purchases selected vehicles for its own stock. It does not act as the owner's dealership, does not manage commission-based sales and does not guarantee the purchase of every vehicle evaluated.

5. Information provided by the owner

The owner must provide truthful and updated information. If the submitted data does not match the real condition of the vehicle, the proposal may change or the process may stop.

6. Exceptional characteristics

Configuration, history, maintenance, documentation, mileage, demand, color, equipment, condition and exceptional characteristics may influence the evaluation positively or negatively.

7. Proper use of the website

Users must use the website in good faith. Automated queries, mass extraction, attempts to bypass security controls or use of the valuation flow for purposes other than a legitimate evaluation are not allowed.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published by LUXERTIA. By submitting information through the website, the user declares that they have reviewed that policy.
