Selling my vehicle
Selling my vehicle
Common questions before requesting a valuation or purchase proposal.
Is Luxertia a marketplace or a consignment service?+
No. LUXERTIA directly purchases selected premium vehicles that meet our criteria. We do not list your vehicle to search for buyers, and we do not operate as a consignment service.
Why can Luxertia's proposal be lower than a listed price?+
Because LUXERTIA makes a direct purchase and assumes immediate liquidity, commercial risk, reconditioning costs, validation, management and vehicle rotation. Our proposal is designed for a private, secure and simplified sale, not to match a private listing price.
Which vehicles does Luxertia evaluate?+
We evaluate premium cars, SUVs and crossovers up to 8 years old, with less than 60,000 km, good overall condition and documentation in order.
Does Luxertia buy every vehicle it evaluates?+
No. We prioritize vehicles with solid market demand, clear history, reasonable mileage and an overall condition consistent with our standard.
Is the initial valuation the final offer?+
No. The initial valuation is a reference. The final offer depends on documentary, registry, technical, mechanical and commercial validation of the vehicle.
Is there any cost for the evaluation?+
The initial evaluation has no cost and no commitment. If your vehicle qualifies, we coordinate the next steps for a more complete review.
Do I have to bring my vehicle to an office?+
Not necessarily. We work with a concierge evaluation model: we can coordinate an initial review at your home, office or a nearby point.
Can I sell my vehicle if it is financed?+
Yes. We review the outstanding debt and, if the operation moves forward, coordinate the payoff with the financial institution as part of the closing process.
Buying a vehicle
Buying a vehicle
Questions to help you buy with more clarity and less uncertainty.
Can I see the vehicle before making a decision?+
Yes. We coordinate a private visit so you can review the unit, resolve questions and move forward only if you feel comfortable.
Are vehicles reviewed before they are published?+
Yes. We review documentation, registry status, mileage, mechanical condition, overall condition and relevant observations before recommending a unit.
Is the listed price negotiable?+
It depends on each unit, its demand, condition, mileage and commercial context. If there is room to negotiate, we discuss it clearly.
Can I reserve a vehicle while I review the information?+
We can coordinate a reservation subject to availability and the specific conditions of each unit.
Can you help me find a specific model?+
Yes. With our concierge search you can tell us the brand, model, version, year, color or budget so we can help locate compatible options.
Trade-in
Trade-in
For clients who want to use their current vehicle toward another purchase.
Can I use my vehicle as part of the payment?+
Yes. We can evaluate your current vehicle and, if it qualifies, consider it as part of the purchase operation.
What do you review before accepting a trade-in?+
We review age, mileage, condition, documentation, ownership, debts, market demand and the vehicle's overall coherence.
Is my vehicle's value deducted from the price of the next vehicle?+
If the vehicle qualifies and both parties accept the proposal, its value can be applied as part of the payment for the next unit.
Can I trade in a financed vehicle?+
We can review it. If there is an outstanding debt, we analyze whether it can be paid off or regularized as part of the operation.
Luxertia Verified & documentation
Luxertia Verified & documentation
How we validate information before publishing, buying or selling.
What does Luxertia Verified mean?+
Luxertia Verified is our internal protocol for documentary, registry and technical review. It does not promise perfection, but it does provide traceability, clear observations and professional review.
What do you review in the documentary and registry process?+
We validate ownership, registry certificate, liens, encumbrances, fines, taxes, SOAT, technical inspection, ownership history and documentary consistency.
What happens if a vehicle has an observation?+
The observation is disclosed. Depending on the case, it may remain pending regularization, affect the value or prevent the vehicle from being approved.
Can a vehicle with observations still be sold?+
Only if the observation is clear, disclosed and does not compromise the documentary or technical safety of the operation. If it is serious, the process does not move forward.
Does Luxertia Verified replace a warranty?+
No. Luxertia Verified is a review and transparency process. Warranty coverage or commercial conditions are explained according to each unit and operation.
Process, payment & closing
Process, payment & closing
Practical topics about signatures, transfer and timing.
Is the purchase or sale signed at a notary?+
Yes. When it is time to move forward, we coordinate the signature and transfer process with documentary clarity.
When do I receive the money if I sell my vehicle?+
Payment is coordinated once documentation, review and final conditions are approved. Timing can vary depending on each operation.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?+
The initial valuation can be fast. The formal proposal depends on documentary, technical and commercial validation.
What documents do I need to sell?+
Usually we request the ownership card, DNI, vehicle information, SOAT, technical inspection if applicable, and documents related to financing or powers of attorney if they exist.
Can I ask a question without commitment?+
Yes. You can request an initial evaluation or consultation without commitment. We move forward only if the unit and conditions make sense for both parties.
